| You've thought of everything... |
 |
You've considered the design and décor of your restaurant. You've researched the food and beverage trends. You've hired and trained the best possible staff. You have the elements perfectly balanced to attract the right crowd. Now ask yourself something: |
| Where should service start? |
|
After all the work to create the right ambience and the best menu, after all the advertising and promotions to attract the crowds, are you really going to hand your waiting guests those plastic flashing, vibrating devices that look like small medical alert systems? |
|
At peak dining times, your restaurant may lose its appeal and your quality of service may suffer because of the crowded conditions at the front. So the question is this: How can you increase the appeal and quality of service at your restaurant while also better managing and improving your guests' wait experience? Bottom line, how can you improve your guest satisfaction? |
| Service starts at the door. . . |

With Queuent's Wait List Manager system, you can harness the power of a device in your guests' own hands—their mobile phones. Our system enables your greeter to enter all the usual guest information: name, party size, preference, as well as a mobile phone number, into a console at the host stand. While guests wait to be seated, they may have a drink in the bar, or they may shop in a nearby mall or run some important errands. When a table becomes available, the greeter simply tells the system to call the appropriate party, and the guest receives a call that informs her that her table is ready and then prompts her to accept, delay, or cancel seating. The guest's selection immediately appears on screen at the restaurant, so your greeter knows whether to expect the current party, or to move to the next party in the list. |

. . .the second guests enter your restaurant. |
